Senior Expo attracts more than 7,000 visitors each year! In order to ensure all of those attendees enjoy a successful show, we need your help! Please complete this application to join us as a volunteer at this landmark event.

– 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Thursday, September 29 – 7:45 am – 11:45 pm
Thursday, September 29 – 11:30 am – 3:30 pm
Thursday, September 29 – 3:15 pm – 7:15 pm
Friday, September 30 – 7:45 am – 12:00 pm
Friday, September 30 – 11:45 pm – 3:00 pm

Special Skills (RN, LPN, EMT, language skills, etc.):

 

Limitations (no heavy lifting, no long periods of standing, etc.):

 

Preferred Assignment(s)

Volunteer opportunities are available in the assignments listed below. Please indicate which assignments you are interested in working by checking one or more choices. There will be ample opportunities to participate in the health screenings and other Expo activities as work assignments will last no more than 5 hours per shift.

Setup – Will assist exhibitors in setting up booths and assist with other pre-Expo tasks. This assignment will work Wednesday, October 20th only.
Front End Opportunities - Various Assignments include but are not limited to: Bag handout, Volunteer Registration, Wheelchair Check-out, Flu-shot Registration.
Stage and Bingo - Assist with ongoing Bingo games and any entertainment that may be on the stage.
Health Screening - Assist with registration, distribution of educational materials and crowd control at Health Screening Booths.
Information, Traffic and Referral - Direct Expo attendees to appropriate venues, provide information and answers to questions and crowd control.
